Loudspring Mission Statement

Save natural resources. Maximize growth. Enhance quality of life.

SAVE NATURAL RESOURCES

Our companies do amazing things. They clean water so that it can be re-used again and again; decrease carbon emissions in some of the biggest manufacturing plants in the world; give consumers a more sustainable way to shop; and they take renewable energy to places where there was previously none.

Loudspring companies have a high positive impact on the Earth’s ecosystems and quality of life, both in the short and long-term. We make this positive impact as big as possible.

ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE

Sustainability equals quality. When water and air is cleaner, children grow up healthier. When manufacturing processes are more efficient, consumers feel better about the goods they purchase. When technology reaches people where the lights have never been on before, lives are changed and futures look brighter.

MAKE OUR SHAREHOLDERS RICH

The rules of the game for a stock-listed company is to build shareholder value. We are committed to this and embrace it. We believe this is exactly what happens when we succeed in building high impact companies and we understand that this is strongly correlated with our own governance, drive and creativity.

Our business model is based on a modest operational income from advisory services and boatloads of money in the moments when highly successful exits are made. This irregularity in profit and dividend is understood by our shareholders because you just read this.

SHAREHOLDER VALUE FOLLOWS
